7月24日，山东省文联“送欢乐·下基层”文艺演出在德州市临邑县临盘街道举办。山东省文联党组成员、副主席马述兴，德州市文联主席马春荣，临邑县挂职县委副书记韩雷等出席。

暮色初临，临盘街道文化广场人头攒动，乡亲们早早就位，等待演出开始。伴随着开场锣鼓《盛世欢腾》的精彩呈现，演出正式拉开序幕，《爱永在》《如愿》《我爱你中国》《稻香》《山东老乡》《世界赠予我的》……一首首或激情飞扬或深情款款的歌曲唱出了新时代的美好生活，京剧《铡美案 包龙图》选段、快板书《传统与现代》、唢呐独奏《绿色的思念》、杂技《兄弟 双人技巧》、一勾勾《王小赶脚》一一亮相，高水准的艺术表演让观众大呼过瘾，现场掌声不断。在《谁不说俺家乡好》深情的旋律中，演出落下帷幕。本场演出由董可昕、宋宁主持。

本次演出是第十八届山东国际大众艺术季系列活动之一，由山东省文学艺术界联合会主办，山东省音乐家协会、德州市文学艺术界联合会承办，中共临邑县委宣传部、临邑县文学艺术界联合会、临邑县临盘街道办事处协办。省派第一书记工作队，省文联、德州市、临邑县、临盘街道相关单位负责同志参加。
